Great weekend of fun, sun & some baseball.  Oh, and a major sunburn!  Ouch!
Aunt Flo came to visit yesteray, so maybe by Friday I can get a pretty accurate reading on the scale.  I can't wait, I feel soo good and energized about my eating, and especially my workouts. 
My clothes are starting to fit better and I feel better.  I made the BEST veggie lasagna this weekend.  I'm having some for lunch today, I'll post a pic of it later.
Off to work I go.
