I'm soo pumped up today. Looked at myself this morning in my bra/panties, and I can see my abs coming through!!!!!!!!!! That has set the tone of the day for me!!! It's amazing how something like that can just make me soo happy! It's a payoff to all the hard work I've been doing. Sometimes I think I'm too self absorbed with my body and looks. I don't think I'm vain, but maybe I am? I hope not. What's wrong with a 40yr old woman wanting to look good? Nothing, damit! I've worked way to hard and long to feel any sense of guilt. Sooo, that's it. No guilt! Bye~ :)
